3:1 THE WORD™ — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All 3:1 THE WORD™ apparel is Print to Order, meaning your item is produced specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or appropriate refund at no additional cost.

Please carefully review your size, color, design, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Orders that have already entered production cannot normally be canceled or changed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
